When you call the number on the sticker of a new business credit card for Credit Card Activation (888-514-6849) or Debit Card Activation (800-562-1337), you'll be asked to enter your 16-digit card number along with additional information. Upon successfully authenticating, your card will be activated.

When calling the Credit Card Servicing Center (800-543-9000), you'll first be asked questions to authenticate your account. If you're unable to authenticate, you'll be sent to speak to a representative.
