Important Details to Know |
---|---|
Account Numbers |
Unless otherwise notified, deposit account numbers won't be changing. First Citizens may use fewer digits for your account number, so please see the account listing provided on the back of the letter mailed to you on June 10, 2022. |
Routing Number |
Your new routing number is 122037760. |
Automatic Payments |
If you have payments automatically deducted from your account, be sure to provide your new account number and routing number to the recipients of your automatic payments as soon as possible after July 18 to prevent any interruption. |
Direct Deposits and Automated Transfers |
In most cases, direct deposits and automated transfers will continue without interruption. However, there are certain companies that won't automatically make those changes without obtaining customer authorization. You may need to provide your new account information, including your new routing number, after July 18. If you used automated transfers to transfer interest earned on your OneWest Bank checking or savings account to another account, or to receive a check for the interest, it's important to note that any interest earned at First Citizens will remain in your First Citizens account. |
Check Orders and Deposit Tickets |
You can continue using your current checks. Any outstanding checks with your OneWest Bank account number will continue to be honored for 180 days from July 18. Deposit tickets preprinted with your OneWest Bank account number will no longer be accepted after July 18. You will receive a $75 discount on your first order of First Citizens business checks with endorsement stamp and deposit tickets. Any time on or after July 18, call 800-503-2345 Monday through Friday 7 am to 10 pm or Saturday 7 am to 7 pm ET. Provide your First Citizens account number and routing number and mention offer code "L2." You can also order checks at your nearest branch. |
Debit Cards |
OneWest Bank debit cardholders should have received a new First Citizens Visa® Debit Card the week of June 20. Under separate cover, in an unmarked envelope, we also sent you a new PIN. Your OneWest Bank card stopped working at 11 am PT on Friday, July 15, which is when your new First Citizens card became available for use. Be sure to provide your new card number and expiration date to any merchants you have authorized to debit your card for payments. |
ATM Transaction Fees |
You can use First Citizens ATMs to get cash, make deposits (where available), transfer funds and more—with no fee. |
Online Banking |
You gained access to First Citizens Digital Banking for businessD or First Citizens Digital Banking Commercial Advantage™ on Monday, July 18. OneWest Bank online banking users received a separate mailing with more details and new login information. |
Quicken® and QuickBooks® |
Easy conversion instructions for WebConnect users are provided at FirstCitizens.com/onewest_webconnect. |
Statements |
You'll receive a final statement for your checking, savings or money market accounts as of July 15. Monthly fees, if any, won't be charged on partial statements. Checking account statements won't contain check images. Checking and CD statements will no longer be combined. Stand-alone savings account statements will be issued quarterly, and CD statements will no longer be offered. Duplicate statements can no longer be sent to alternate addresses. You can view statements online and select eStatements online starting July 18. |
Transaction History |
Starting July 18, we'll begin to retain transaction history for your new First Citizens products. After July 18, prior deposit account history will be available upon written request only. A fee may apply. |
Overdraft Protection |
First Citizens offers basic overdraft protection for business checking accounts. Please see the Account Disclosures booklet in your welcome package for additional information on overdraft protection. |
Telephone Banking |
Starting July 18, you can obtain information about your First Citizens accounts through our automated service 24/7. Call 866-FCB 4BIZ (866-322-4249). Customer service representatives are available Monday through Saturday from 7 am to 11 pm ET. |
Safe Deposit Box |
There's no change to your safe deposit contract. At the next renewal, we'll notify you if there are any changes to safe deposit fees. |
Loans and Lines of Credit |
There are no changes to your loans or lines of credit, except overdraft protection as noted above. |
