You can log in to Digital Banking to see your rewards balance, redeem points and manage your account.

You can contact the First Citizens Rewards Center by calling 866-645-1694. Representatives are available Monday through Saturday from 8 am to 9 pm ET and on Sunday from 8 am to 6 pm ET.

Rewards point balances are typically updated within 3 business days after your purchase with the exception of holidays.

You can access your rewards account profile by logging into Digital Banking. Navigate to your reward experience, then select My Account from the top-level menu bar. There you'll see all the profile details for your rewards account, including transactions with earning and redemption history.

Most gift cards and merchandise will be received within 10 business days. However, please allow up to 20 business days, especially during peak redemption season. Keep in mind that your items may be shipped separately.

Visa gift cards are not FDIC insured.

Cash back rewards can be redeemed as a statement credit or as a deposit into your First Citizens checking or savings account.

Pay Me Back redemptions must be made within 60 days of original qualifying purchases of $100 or greater. Some exclusions apply to certain categories of transactions. No statement credit card will be applied against any monthly minimum payment due.

All redemptions must be completed in increments of $25 (2,500 points or $25 reward dollars). No statement credit will be applied against any monthly minimum payment due.
