The Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) (Regulation BB, 12 CFR Chapter III, Part 345) of 1977 encourages banks to help meet the credit needs of the communities in which they do business, including low- and moderate-income neighborhoods. The CRA rules and regulations require First Citizens Bank to make available for public inspection the contents of its CRA Public File.

First Citizens Bank can provide a hard copy of the CRA Public File. Please note: We may charge a fee to cover copying and mailing expenses.

Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (HMDA) data about our residential mortgage lending is available online for review. The data shows geographic distribution of loans and applications; ethnicity, race, sex, age, and income of applicants and borrowers; and information about loan approvals and denials.
