Community Reinvestment Act
A roadmap of the communities we serve
Public File
The Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) (Regulation BB, 12 CFR Chapter III, Part 345) of 1977 encourages banks to help meet the credit needs of the communities in which they do business, including low- and moderate-income neighborhoods. The CRA rules and regulations require First Citizens Bank to make available for public inspection the contents of its CRA Public File.
First Citizens Bank can provide a hard copy of the CRA Public File. Please note: We may charge a fee to cover copying and mailing expenses.
