How to make a one-time assessment payment
Welcome to Property Pay, First Citizen Bank's simple and secure payment system to help you manage your community association assessments, amenity fees and other payments.
To get started, visit PropertyPay.FirstCitizens.com.
Property Pay offers multiple payment options, including one-time assessment and amenities payments.
To make a one-time assessment payment, click Pay Assessments and then accept the terms and conditions.
Enter your name and property details and shown on the statement from your association.
You'll have the option to pay via eCheck or card. Select the payment option you prefer. Once your payment info is entered, click Next.
Review your summary page and confirm that the payment details and summary are correct.
Click Submit Payment, and a payment confirmation will appear. You'll also receive an email confirmation of your payment.
And then you're done. It's that easy.
