New Security Features

At First Citizens, we're dedicated to maintaining the highest level of online security for your accounts. As such, we’re implementing two security enhancements to better protect you and your assets.

  • We've enhanced the look of our sign in screen based on our new website design. Your Username will remain the same.
  • All users will be required to set up and use Multi-Factor Authentication, or MFA, at sign in. MFA replaces the previously used security questions. With this security feature, users won't have the ability to share Usernames.

A note about sharing Usernames

In the new environment, sharing of Usernames isn't permitted. If you're currently sharing a Username with other associates within your organization, please contact us by filling out the form below to have additional Usernames created.
