eStatement Search

In this video, you'll learn how to search for and generate eStatements.

Start by selecting eStatements from the Reporting menu.

Required fields are marked with a red asterisk.

Select the appropriate type of eStatement for which you wish to search in the Statement Type field.

The date range field displays, but a date is not required.

Lastly, select the accounts from which the eStatement will be generated.

All Accounts will be selected by default—you can click in the Accounts field to select individual accounts you wish to include in the search.

Once you've selected all of the accounts, click the Search button.

The system will return all of the eStatements that match the criteria you've selected.

Click the Download link in the Actions column to download and save the eStatement.

Depending on your browser setting, either you'll be prompted to provide a location for the downloaded file, or the file may appear at the bottom of your browser window.

You may also download multiple eStatements at one time.

To do so, check the checkboxes next to each statement you want to include, or check All to download all listed statements.

Click the Download button at the bottom of the list.

A success message appears in the eStatements Search widget and the file appears in the Download widget at the bottom of the eStatements workspace.

Locate the downloaded file in the list, click the View dropdown menu in the actions column, and then click Download.

Depending on your browser setting, either you'll be prompted to provide a location for the downloaded file, or the file may appear at the bottom of your browser window.
