Liberty Classic Checking is available to active-duty military personnel, full-time Reserve members and full-time Guard members.  With direct deposit of payroll and a low minimum initial deposit, you are also able to access free Personal Online Services with Bill Pay.

• No minimum balance requirements, no monthly service charges and unlimited check writing as long as direct deposit of your payroll is maintained with First Citizens.

• Free first order of specially designed checks, plus a discount on future orders of military account checks.

• Visa^® Check Card, for immediate access to the funds in your Liberty Classic account virtually anywhere in the world where Visa cards are accepted.

• No First Citizens ATM fees on the first two non-First Citizens ATM transactions each statement cycle.¹
