Corporate Trustee

We are one of only three registered North Carolina providers of Bond Trustee Services. We have more than 40 years of experience providing Institutional Advisory Services to corporations and municipalities. We bring our clients the administrative and accounting services needed to assure that trust agreements and bond orders are followed exactly.

Custodial Service

Custodial Services provides corporations and municipalities with safekeeping of securities. Our primary responsibility is to house assets and collect the income they earn. We also settle asset purchase and sale transactions, in addition to handling free receipt and delivery of assets. We provide all these services precisely as directed by the customer.

Institutional Trust Services

Institutional Trust Services provides investment management services to corporations, municipalities, public and private foundations, endowments, hospitals, trade associations, and public authorities. We make investment recommendations independently or work within guidelines that have been set by the client.

Escrow Agent

In Escrow Agent Services, we act as a disinterested third party in business transactions. Our responsibility is to hold assets in safekeeping, then distribute them upon completion of the transaction, all according to the terms of the escrow agreement. In this impartial role, we help clients save time and money and reduce paperwork and stress in completing transactions.

Stock Transfer Agent

Stock Transfer Services offers cash or stock dividend processing, proxy voting tabulation, dividend reinvestment accounting services and a comprehensive range of standard record-keeping services to publicly owned companies.
