The First Citizens Bank Customer Service Award

To celebrate the bank’s focus on exceptional customer service, First Citizens has established an award for small to mid-sized businesses that share our service commitment. The First Citizens Bank Customer Service Award is given to companies that go above and beyond customer expectations in delivering service.

The award is promoted through the local chambers of commerce. Customers nominate businesses, or businesses nominated themselves. A chamber panel of business people judge the nominees. First Citizens is proud to honor the recipients of this award for their dedication to customer service.
